The heart of the Karlstad is its open floor plan, where a vaulted great room meets the dining area and a spacious kitchen featuring an island with a double sink and panoramic views from the kitchen window. It's a space that invites conversation and togetherness, without missing a beat of your day.

Working from home is not just an afterthought—it's a priority, with a dedicated home office that offers inspiring views. The main bedroom suite is a haven on the main floor, a private escape from the daily hustle. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms cluster around a flexible space, perfect for whatever life throws your way.

Convenience is key; the laundry room is intelligently placed on the main floor, saving steps and time. Vaulted ceilings in the great room magnify the sense of space, while the attached pantry to the kitchen keeps your necessities within reach, without cluttering your creative space.

With four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the Karlstad balances privacy and togetherness, tailored for both quiet moments and bustling family life. It's a design that's practical, welcoming, and truly in tune with your needs.
