The Hearthstone: A Compact Yet Spacious Design
The Hearthstone home plan is a Craftsman Farmhouse design sized perfectly for smaller city lots. At just 38 feet wide, Hearthstone opens with a surprising sense of scale the moment you walk through the front door.
The two-storey great room off the foyer delivers real volume without increasing the building footprint. That same efficiency carries through the dining room and kitchen with tall ceilings and compact circulation that makes the most of every square inch.
The size of the vaulted main-floor bedroom suite is generous for a plan of this size, occupying nearly half the main floor layout. A walk-in pantry, combined laundry-mudroom, and front flex room keep daily routines efficient.
Upstairs, a loft looks back over the great room, two secondary bedrooms share a bath, and the bonus space above the garage is framed for a future fourth bedroom. All told, the Hearthstone offers 2,470 square feet of living space, proving that a compact footprint doesn’t have to feel constrained.
