You bring the plans from our Shoppe that you’re drawn to, and our team studies them in relation to your property. We look at setbacks, grading, orientation, how the driveway will approach, and where the best light and views sit on the lot.
Sometimes the plan a client loves proves to be the right one. Other times, once the land is properly understood, a different plan in our collection emerges as the stronger foundation.
Either way, our Semi-Custom experience ensures that the right questions are asked at the right time, bringing you the information you need to move forward with confidence.
Once the right plan is verified, the work becomes about refinement. Custom modifications to suit your family are made deliberately.
