The Columbia: A Family Home With Options Built In
The Columbia is a narrow lot plan that doesn't feel narrow inside. Four bedrooms, 10-foot ceilings on the main floor, vaulted ceilings upstairs, and a self-contained basement suite with its own entrance. A lot of house for under 30 feet wide.
The main floor keeps the great room, kitchen, and dining together without any hallway eating into the space. Upstairs, laundry sits on the same floor as all four bedrooms, and the primary has a walk-in closet and ensuite.
The basement suite has a full kitchen and its own entrance. It works for a tenant, for family, or just as a long-term option worth having.
