The Clarksdale: A Smart, Versatile Modern Farmhouse Design
The Clarksdale home plan was designed to provide options that grow with your family's needs.
At just under 30 feet wide, it’s well suited for narrower city lots while still feeling open and comfortable inside. The garage is pulled slightly to the side so the front of the home reads clearly from the street, with the corner office stepping forward to anchor the elevation.
The main floor keeps things straightforward. Kitchen, dining, and living connect easily without unnecessary hallways. A large kitchen window draws light into the center of the home, the deck sits close for everyday use, and laundry stays tucked into the mudroom where it belongs.
Upstairs, the primary suite includes a vaulted bedroom with an attached sitting room. That space can take on different roles over time. A quiet office, a nursery nearby, a fourth bedroom, or simply a place to unwind at the end of the day.
The lower level adds a one-bedroom suite with its own entrance and kitchen, along with a flex room that can stay with the main home for family, guests, or additional space as needs evolve.
