Las Palmas: Streamlined and Practical Bungalow

Streamlined and practical, the Las Palmas is a mid-century modern bungalow offering 1,901 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. An enclosed courtyard introduces a private entrance, leading into an efficient layout where a central hallway connects living and sleeping areas.

The home’s efficient floor plan is evident, with the bedrooms all conveniently located on one side, providing a quiet zone that's separate from the living areas. The central hallway acts as the backbone of the house, granting easy access to each space without unnecessary corridors, underlining the practicality of the design.

Vaulted ceilings enhance the open-plan living space, while bedrooms are grouped for privacy. The primary suite, featuring an en-suite and walk-in closet, is smartly positioned away from the common areas offering a private escape with all the amenities for comfort and ease.

The Las Palmas is designed for ease of living, where function meets classic mid-century form.
