COVID-19 Office Protocol

Our office is currently open for project coordination for our clients. However, in light of provincial workplace safety regulations as they pertain to the current Covid-19 crisis, we ask that you take into consideration the following guidelines:

NO WALK INS – APPOINTMENT ONLY       
o To prevent the spread of COVID-19 our office is closed to walk-ins at this time. You can call 604.854.4303 or email our office at info@sucasadesign.ca to make an appointment.

ARRIVE ON TIME
o   Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are early, please wait in your car until the appointment time.

TEMPERATURE MONITORING WITH DATA LOGGING ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS.
o   To further ensure the safety of our staff and clients, all Su Casa staff will log daily body temperature readings through the use of an infrared thermometer to help aid in the early detection of possible exposure to COVID-19.

FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL ENTRY TO OUR OFFICE BUILDING.
o   In accordance with recent BC Health protocols, face masks will be required to enter our office for all manners of appointments and/or visits.
As per government order, Su Casa staff are required to wear a face mask during:

  • Attended Client Meetings

  • While in transit between work and office spaces within the office building.


While performing regular office duties at their desk, staff are not required to wear a mask. This is in accordance with the latest update for COVID-19 protocols. More can be read HERE and HERE

NO LARGE GROUPS
o   Please do not arrive to your meeting in groups larger than 2-3 people.

PLEASE STAY HOME
o   If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms of Covid-19, please stay home and we will re-schedule your appointment:

  • FEVER

  • COUGH

  • SORE THROAT

  • WEAKNESS

  • RUNNY NOSE

  • HEADACHE

o   If you have returned from outside of British Columbia in the last 14 days.

o   If you are under direction to self-monitor or self-isolation.

 

OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS
Public and workplace safety is our top priority. Our safety and sanitization procedures will meet or exceed all provincial, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene. Employees or clients who feel ill or have a fever will be asked to stay at home and self-isolate.
