A Traditional House Plan with a Fresh Take on Space and Comfort.

The Raleigh stands out in the world of traditional house plans, offering a thoughtful layout that caters to both privacy and communal living. With four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a generous 2,100 square feet of optional expansion space in the lower level, this plan is ideal for families or those who love to host.

On the main floor, the Raleigh introduces a unique vaulted playroom - a perfect spot for kids or a creative space for hobbies. The formal dining room is ready for dinner parties or family meals, and the sunroom, awash in natural light, provides a picturesque view of the backyard, ideal for unwinding any time of the day. A main floor study offers a quiet corner for work or reading.

The upper floor is a haven for rest and relaxation. All four bedrooms, including the spacious primary suite, are situated here. The primary suite stands out with its own deck, a private outdoor space overlooking the backyard - a rare find in traditional plans.

For those who need more, the Raleigh has an option for a 2-car detached garage, solving any parking or storage needs.

The Raleigh is a versatile and comfortable choice for those seeking a traditional home with well-considered spaces for both privacy and shared experiences.
